NOTICE

• Please make a reservation for two hours in a row.

(ex. If you want to take a photo-matic package A at 2 p.m., please make a reservation for 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. in a row. If you only make a reservation for 2 p.m., you will be booked with package B/C.)

• Retouching and printing are not basic offerings. Additional retouching and printing other than basic offerings incur separate costs.

• Regardless of filming, if the number of people visiting the studio exceeds 4, additional costs will be incurred.

Before usd


For PACKAGE_A reservations, you must book two consecutive time slots.
(ex: If you wish to book PACKAGE_A at 2 PM, you need to reserve both the 2PM and 3PM slots.)


For PACKAGE_B/C, the package will be applied automatically based on the day of the week:

Weekends (Saturday, Sunday): PACKAGE_B

Weekdays (Monday, Thursday, Friday): PACKAGE_C

(Switching from C to B is possible, but switching from B to C is not allowed.)


The remaining balance, excluding the deposit, must be paid in-store on the day of the shoot.


If the depositor's name provided does not match the actual name of the bank transfer, 

the reservation may be canceled.


Rewards points cannot be used to pay the deposit.
They can only be applied 

to the balance excluding the deposit.
(For reservations using a shooting voucher, please inquire at the store or through the Kakao channel (포토매틱).)

During usd


On the day of the shoot, a notification message 

will be sent to the phone number provided

during the reservation.

Parking is available for one vehicle

during your reserved time.
Please note that parking outside of your 

reserved time is not permitted.

The total number of visitors includes the subject(s) of the shoot as well as any staff, helpers, or acquaintances accompanying them.

If the number of visitors exceeds the limit, additional charges will apply regardless of studio use.
(For children under 7 years old, one child is exempt from additional charges.)

The hours of use include <Photographing Preparation + Powder Room/Detective Room + Filming + Composition/Concept Change + Photo Booth>

If you are more than 10 minutes late,

your shooting time will be reduced.
If you are more than 20 minutes late,

your reservation will be considered a no-show,

and the shoot will not proceed.

Please note that no changes or refunds are possible for no-shows on the day of the shoot.

During the shoot, you must operate 

the camera following staff instructions.
For any other equipment adjustments, 

please call for staff assistance.

After use


The original files from your shoot will be sent to the email address provided by 9 PM

on the day of the shoot.


Original files are stored for 2 months and

will be deleted afterward.


Retouching and printing are available as additional options. Please reply to the email with your original files to request these services.


Retouching includes up to 2 rounds of edits and may take up to 7 days per round.
(+7 additional days for every 10 extra photos requested)


If you wish to change your selected files after retouching begins, additional fees will apply.


Retouching is processed in the order it is received and cannot be expedited under any circumstances.

Please plan accordingly.


Refunds or rewards points cannot be applied to orders once additional payments have been completed and confirmed.


Lost items left in the studio are kept for one month.

Please visit during business hours to collect your belongings before they are discarded.

Please note that any mistakes

or issues caused

by failure to read and understand the instructions will be the responsibility 

of the reservation holder.

- Severe traffic accidents or life-threatening incidents

- Weather advisories of "Warning" level or higher
